Fees and funding
Fees

We charge fees for all children who are not eligible for government funding or are attending for more hours than we can claim funding for.

Once a child is eligible for the Early Education Funding (Universal or Extended), we charge a consumables charge based on the number of funded sessions per week that we claim for a child.   The consumables charge helps to cover the cost of providing snacks, wipes and enhanced resources for the children.

Fees are invoiced at the beginning of each term.  We are more than happy to accept childcare vouchers, including HMRC's Tax Free Childcare and will support requests for additional documentation that enables parents to claim Universal Credit for childcare.  Please contact us for information about our current rates.

Funding

We welcome children who are eligible for FEET funding (Free Early Education for Two year olds).  If you think you may be eligible for FEET funding, visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk for further information.

From the term after their 3rd birthday, all children are entitled to receive Early Education Funding of 15 hours funded childcare.  Depending on your circumstances you may be entitled to receive 30 hours of funded childcare.  To check your eligibility for this please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.

Please note our terms & conditions regarding fees and funding will be changing from 1st September 2024.  This page will be upated in due course.  In the meantime, please contact the setting for further information.
