Fees and funding

Fees and funding

We charge fees for all children who are not eligible for government funding, are attending for more hours than we can claim funding for and also for the Early Birds Club (which is offered on a self-funded basis only).

Once a child is eligible for the Early Education Funding (Universal or Extended), we charge a sundries charge based on the number of funded sessions per week that we claim for a child.   The sundries charge helps to cover the cost of providing snacks, wipes and enhanced resources for the children.

All fees are invoiced at the beginning of each term.  We are more than happy to accept childcare vouchers, including HMRC's Tax Free Childcare vouchers and will support requests for additional documentation that enables parents to claim Universal Credit for childcare.  Please contact us for information about our current rates.

We welcome children who are eligible for FEET funding (Free Early Education for Two year olds).  If you think you may be eligible for FEET funding, visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk for further information.

From the term after their 3rd birthday, all children are entitled to receive Early Education Funding of 15 hours funded childcare.  Depending on your circumstances you may be entitled to receive 30 hours of funded childcare.  To check your eligibility for this please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.
